Why I Wrote This Book
This book was written
to expose the devil AND TO ENCOURAGE FIRST LADIES EVERYWHERE TO BREAK THE CODE
OF SILENCE! You are in denial! WRONG IS WRONG! This is true
whether you physically engage in it or allow it to happen by remaining silent!
Your silence will not make it right. But rest assured, it will make
you
wrong! In the pages of this book, you will find that you are not alone. Your
situation is not an isolated case and there are many others who can relate to
what you are going through. More importantly, you will find that there is help
for you.
The devil is using the house of God as his safe haven while
perpetrating holiness and openly engaging in atrocious acts. Silence is the
devil’s best friend and is the “Sleeping Giant” which lies at the core and very
existence of first ladies everywhere, regardless of ethnicity or religious
affiliation. Under the umbrella of the church, the giant of silence has given
consent and birth to deception, infidelity, homosexuality, drunkenness, incest,
pedophilia, pornography, physical abuse, mental and emotional cruelty plus many
others. These scandalous deeds are detailed in the Bible in Galatians as works
of the flesh.
The graphic nature of several of the stories is not
intendedto entice the reader but to accurately describe the horror these
first lady’s encounter on a daily basis. Unfortunately, their experiences
cannot always be sugar coated or packaged into a neat little box in order to
protect the “delicate ears” of the Christian world. Because I have chronicled
the stories as they were told to me, leaving out
NONE of the explicit details, the
Christian world is in an uproar and did not want this book published! Be
that as it may, the truth of the matter is these women are hurting, their world
is sometimes ugly, and their experiences are all too often bazaar, graphic, and
sometimes, may even seem inconceivable.
You should read this book because it could save both your natural
and spiritual life. It will assist you in recognizing where to draw the line
and bolster your courage when setting personal boundaries. Additionally, it
is my hope that this book will be a revelation and even a new beginning for you.
WE NEED MORE FIRST LADIES LIKE ABIGAIL IN THE BIBLE!
Abigail’s story can be found in I Samuel 25:1-42. Abigail was an intelligent
and very beautiful first lady who took a stand against the wrong perpetuated by
her husband, Nabal. Had Abigail remained silent and simply followed Nabal’s
lead, she would have been instrumental in the death of her entire household.
FIRST LADIES, ARE
YOU AWARE THAT:
You
might be a partner in crime? Or a co-conspirator. Or an accomplice.
By
remaining silent about wrongdoing, you are giving your consent and approval?
God
will hold you accountable for your actions AND your silence!
Your
silence might be hurting others that are following and believing in your
ministry.
God
is calling you to take a stand against sin regardless of the identity or title
of the perpetrator?
It
is wrong to exploit God’s people or any other people?
First Ladies, DO YOU
REALIZE:
How
strong, beautiful and intelligent you are?
That
NOTHING and
NO ONE is worth the loss of your
self-esteem, your self-respect, your self-worth, or your soul?
That
a push, a verbal put down and even the use of foul language directed at you are
all forms of abuse?
That
“To love, honor, and obey” does NOT include abuse in any form?
That
God loves you dearly and wants to put an end to your suffering?
Please be aware, the stories shared by the 21 courageous women do
not constitute the content of the entire book. The remainder of the book deals
with scripture, God’s desire to restore and heal these women from their pain,
and it provides information to understand their problems, where to go for help,
how to select a therapist, if needed, and even step-by step instructions on
forgiving the most heinous of offenses.
9781608, S.E.C.R.E.T.S. of
the First Ladies, Volume I, $16.95
S.E.C.R.E.T.S. is the first
release in a controversial three-part series. This
compelling book graphically details the stories of
10 of 21 courageous women, First Ladies within the
church, who are
praying because their
husbands are
preying. These
Spirit-filled First Ladies bare their souls and some
even risked their physical safety in order to help
others by revealing explicit stories of their
husband’s incest, infidelity, pedophilia,
homosexuality, and physical abuse. That these
offenses are taking place in the one place thought
to be a safe haven -- the church, is the greatest
sin of all.
S.E.C.R.E.T.S.,
which
incorporates Bible scripture and personal
observations, also includes chapters about signs of
abuse, pornography and addiction, as well as
chapters on forgiveness and how to select a
therapist or other support system.
